Showcase Sunday

Showcase Sunday (19)

SSsmall

Showcase Sunday is a weekly meme hosted by Vicky at Books, Biscuits and Tea.

Right, bit of a haul here. I got sucked into The Works summer deal of 6 books for £10, i just couldn’t resist! There are also a few others that i decided to purchase, and a couple of free ebooks for the Scary Campfire readathon for COYER. This probably means that i won’t be buying any books for a while so it may be a few weeks till my next showcase sunday post. However i do still have the 5th Patricia Briggs book in the post so i’m hoping it’ll arrive soon so i can continue the series 🙂

    1. Thanks 🙂 Talented looks really interesting and i couldn’t resist Child of Ghosts, especially since it was free and has some pretty decent reviews. Hope you enjoy them if you check them out 🙂

  1. Fab haul!! I loved The 100, have you been watching the TV series? I haven’t read any of Julie Kagawa’s novels yet but I’ve heard so many good things about them, I really need to start them asap! Enjoy all your reads 🙂

    1. I haven’t seen the TV series, however i did see a trailer for it and that inspired me to get the book because it sounds really interesting. I’ve really enjoyed Julie’s books so if you do start them i hope you also enjoy them. Thanks for stopping by and following! 🙂

  2. Nice haul this week. Till We Meet Again sounds interesting. Have a best friend who turns out to be a murderer? Yup, this one is definitely getting added to my list. 😉

    1. Thanks and glad to hear you like the look of it. I’ve really enjoyed two of her other novels so am looking forward to this one 🙂

  3. Oh God, tell me about it! I went to see the X Factor boot camp last weekend and popped into the Works before the show. If I didn’t have a show to go to and a train to catch at 1 in the morning, I might have picked up at least 5 books there. They’re so tempting!

Hope you enjoy your new books 🙂

    1. When i saw the offer i just didn’t have a choice, it was too tempting! Glad i’m not the only one that thinks so 🙂 Hope you enjoyed the boot camp 🙂
